What food options are available at the Ningaloo Function Centre?

Catering can be booked to supply all your catering needs through a number of cafes and restaurants in the Exmouth area. Please ask for a list of suppliers when you book your event through the services page at ningaloocentre.com.au.

Is the Ningaloo Function Centre wheelchair accessible?

All public areas of the Ningaloo Centre are wheelchair accessible which conforms with both Australian Standards, 1428.1 and 1428.2 (enhanced provisions).

Unisex disabled toilets are situated in both the Ningaloo Centre and Function Centre. 

There is 1 internal lift providing access between the first and second floors of the Ningaloo Centre.

Does your venue have a PA system?

Yes, we do have an in-house system in the Ningaloo Function Centre that is appropriate for our cordless microphone and iPod or laptop music to be plugged in.

Do you have a microphone or lectern available for use?

Yes, we have a cordless microphone, headsets and lectern available for use, simply let our functions team know when booking if you require these items.

Can you recommend any suppliers for our event such as photographers, decorations, transport etc.?

Yes, we have a list of well-known and local suppliers who we would happily recommend. We do not receive any commission from these suppliers; we recommend them as we constantly see the quality of the service they provide.

For our event do we have exclusive use of the venue?

When booking your event with us if you have booked both Mandu Manu East and Mandu Mandu West you receive exclusive use of the entire Ningaloo Function Centre. If the Mandu Mandu rooms (East & West) are booked separately on the same time and day the foyer and toilet facilities are shared use.
