Shire of Exmouth - Emergency Overflow Campground

To assist us with the greatly increased visitation during this time, the Shire of Exmouth is activating the emergency overflow campground.

We anticipate the site will be open from Monday the 28th September and operate until Sunday the 4th October. Bookings will operate on a first come first served basis. Visitors are able to stay a maximum duration of 3 nights (with no re-booking allowed).

Bookings can be made in person at the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, by phoning 08 9949 3070 or by using the website link below:

Please ensure you have your booking confirmation readily available for review by the onsite caretaker or Shire of Exmouth staff.

Caretaker is located at site 11.

All sites are clearly marked with site numbers and boundaries which must strictly be adhered to. Any camping outside of allocated bays or illegal camping may result in eviction or infringement notices issued.
